Primary Colours T-shirts


We have used photo transfer paper to print the 6th graders´ primary colours photos on their T-shirts. Then we have made an exhibition in one of the corridors.

These photos have been taken by the 6th graders. The items and the design they have used to take the pictures have been decided in groups.

Halloween Decorations from Toilet Paper Rolls


We have made a bat and a mummy from toilet paper rolls to decorate our houses this Halloween. We have reused newspapers, cardboard from ice-cream and cereal boxes, spiral notebook residues and old white T-shirts.

A Photo Frame from a Polystyrene Tray


This is also a primary colours craft but 6th B graders have reused polystyrene trays instead of glass jars. The final product are these cute photo frames!!

A Flower Vase from a Glass Jar




The 6th A graders have reused glass jars as a flower vases, pencil holders and candle holders. They have  used red, yellow and blue tissue paper and mod podge. They are very proud of their primary colours craft !!

End School Year Gift




This is an easy gift for your kids´teacher. You need a jar, some glue, washi tape and scissors. The sticker is from www.mamaconvergente.com. ( 10th June, 2013). Then you can fill it with chocolates or biscuits.

The 6th graders´ flower pots

These are their flower pots. They are really cute!!. We used left overs from our Art lessons (sticky paper, buttons...),

A Flower Pot from a Milk Carton


 Reuse your yoghurt containers to grow up your plants, your milk cartons and old leggins...



... and this is the result!!. I used a big button and  some moss from my garden to decorate.

Artists Lap book


These are the three artists the 6th graders studied.
  Most of the activities in this lap book come from Confessionsofahomeschooler.

Picasso and Cubism



We learned about Pablo Picasso and his Cubism style.
 The students had to design a figure in Picasso´s cubism style.

Photo Frame


One of the activities we did during the American Week was a photocall with the flag of the States that the second graders painted with teacher Raquel.


                                                                        
Then the 6th graders reused tomato sauce jars as a photo frame to put their photocall pictures in. They also reused gift wrapping and bow to wrap it to take home.

American Week


April 27th to 30th

During this week we did different activities about The Usa in our English and Art lessons so our kids  know Sarah´s country. The two bilingual sections in our school have been studying American painters, the 2nd graders Roy Lichtenstein with teacher Raquel (We are creating masterpieces) and the 6th graders  Jackson Pollock.

Special Portrait



The 6th graders have made this special portrait for Mother's Day. They have used photocopies of their  profiles and they have reused boxes to make oval frames. Here you can see some of the student's portraits. The oval frame idea is from "El baúl de Cenicienta."

Valentines for Everyone


We are exchanging Valentines to encourage students to think of something good about his/her classmates. Each student has a piece of paper with the name of a classmate. They have to write a positive comment about that classmate.
